용도

• single cell 수준에서 세포의 barcode tagging 및 partitioning 하여 NGS library 제작에 활용
• 다양한 application 적용
• 1) single cell gene expression : 단일세포유전자 발현 분석으로 cell population, cell type, cell states 분석
• 2) single cell immune profiling : 마우스 또는 인간의 수만개의 T cell, B cell로부터 면역반응과 레퍼토리를 분석, feature barcoding 기술을 적용해 cell surface protein과 항원특이성을 분석
• 3) single cell ATAC : single nuclei sample을 가지고 chromatin campaction과 DNA 결합 단백질의 유전자 발현을 분석, open chromatin region을 detect하여 chromatin profiling 정보 분석
• 세포 특성 분석 및 유전자 발현 프로파일링에 적용
