용도
- high performance analysis & high performance sorting 동시 가능
- 세포들의 선택적 분리 (cell sorter)
- 세포들의 size, granularity, 면역학적 구조 등 표현형 분석
- 세포의 형광 발현 분석 및 cell population의 정량화
기본사양
- laser specification : 3 Laser, 최대 9개 parameter 동시 분석 (blue 488nm, red 633nm, nearUV 375nm)
- fluidics cart : stainless steel sheath tank (10L), stainless steel ethanol tank (5L), waste container (10L), 3개의 보조 cleaning fluid container (5L)
- nozzle size : 70, 85, 100, 130 microns
- sample chamber 온도 및 agitation 속도 조절 가능
- sort collection tube, slides, plates의 온도 조절 가능
- sort collection option : 5ml tube, 15ml tube, 1ml microtube, plate (single cell sorting)
- 최대 4 way sorting 가능
- 운용 프로그램 : BD FACSDiva Ver 6.1.3 software
